This garden design project commenced with removal of over 80 tons of soil, to reduce the overall height of the garden. This was originally over the damp proof course of the house, and therefore required attention. The team installed approx. 100 sleepers on end to create the curved raised beds. This was actually a lot more difficult than it looked, there were multiple drain covers in the way hindering the design process which needed to be considered. The team installed 120 m2 of garden paving, including a step down to rear garage and a little nook for the summer house to be placed upon. After the garden paving was installed lines were cut into the paving and inset setts placed to create more flowing lines, adding interest and finishing off the overall design.
